Shipping & Refunds
Orders over $25 are shipped to continental US address (excluding Alaska, Hawaii) with free shipping. We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico and Guam.
We will ship your orders via UPS, Fedex or United States Postal Service depending on your location and size of the order.
Orders are shipped out within 2-4 calendar days, Monday through Sunday. These exclude any holidays and special weekends. Orders are generally delivered within 2 weeks of the shipment date. Please note that during the holiday seasons, delivery may be delayed due to high volume. Carriers may also have internal delays which we are not responsible for.
If you choose to ship to an address different from your credit card billing address, we may contact you to confirm your shipping and billing addresses to prevent possible fraudulent use of your credit card.
If the address you provided us is undeliverable, we may contact you to verify your address for reshipment. However, you are responsible for the shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and the re-delivered shipment.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders items), and wholesale orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
